Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions and shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

- To comply with federal and state firearms laws and recordkeeping requirements

5. How We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:
5.1 Service Providers
We may share your personal information with third-party vendors to operate our business, including payment processors, shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS), email service providers, and website hosting services. These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it.
5.2 FFL Dealers
When you purchase a firearm, we share necessary information (name, contact information, and order details) with your designated FFL dealer to facilitate the legal transfer.
5.3 Business Transfers
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
5.4 Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency), or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent wrongdoing, or comply with a legal obligation — including potential straw purchases or other firearms-related violations.

5.6 With Affiliates & Business Partners
We may share your information with our affiliates and business partners, in which case we will require those parties to honor this Privacy Policy.
6. Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
- Order records — retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with federal firearms recordkeeping requirements (ATF regulations)
- Account information — retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter
- Usage Data — retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or functionality, or when legally obligated to retain longer
- Communications — retained for up to 3 years for customer service and legal purposes
7. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in processing are located. This means information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside your state, province, country, or governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so — including ATF-required firearms transaction records.

The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure payment processing via Authorize.net, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
In the event of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 21 (required minimum age for handgun purchases). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 21. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under 21 without verification, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
11. State Privacy Rights
Texas Residents

California Residents
