1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using legion-precisionweaponsystems.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of this Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers, including those who browse, register an account, or complete a purchase.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must meet ALL of the following requirements to use this Site or place an order:

• You are at least 21 years of age (required for handgun purchases under federal law)
• You are a United States resident
• You are legally permitted under federal, state, and local law to purchase, possess, and own firearms and firearm-related products
• You are not a prohibited person as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)
• You are purchasing for lawful purposes only

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all of the above are true. We reserve the right to cancel any order and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

3. FFL Transfer Requirements

3.1 Federal Firearms License (FFL) Transfer

All complete firearm purchases — including custom 2011 pistol builds — are subject to federal law. Firearms will NOT be shipped directly to a customer's home address.

• All firearms must be transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer local to the buyer
• You are responsible for identifying and coordinating with a licensed FFL dealer in your area
• Your FFL dealer must email a copy of their current FFL to: legionprecision@gmail.com
• You must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at your FFL dealer
• You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer

3.2 Shipping to FFL

All purchases must ship to the billing address — NO EXCEPTIONS. Firearms must ship to your FFL dealer. Buyer is responsible for obtaining a copy of the FFL license or having the FFL dealer email a copy to legionprecision@gmail.com prior to shipment.

If a customer sends a firearm for services (e.g., cerakote), the customer pays for return shipping and insurance. Customers shipping firearms to us for services may only ship via UPS or FedEx Next Day Air. Please download our FFL and advise UPS or FedEx that you are shipping the firearm for gunsmith services. If shipping a complete firearm, include a copy of your driver's license.

4. Buyer Responsibility & State Restrictions

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure they can legally purchase a firearm in their jurisdiction. No refunds are given to buyers who cannot complete the transaction or if the firearm is not transferable.

5. Magazine Capacity Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws regulating magazine capacity, LPWS CANNOT ship certain magazines to the following states. Orders placed in violation of these restrictions will be cancelled and refunded.

This list is subject to change as state laws evolve. Some counties and municipalities impose restrictions beyond state law — it is your responsibility to verify local ordinances before ordering.

6. State Handgun Roster Restrictions

Several states maintain an official government-approved Handgun Roster. Only handguns appearing on these rosters may be legally sold by licensed dealers within those jurisdictions.

7. Products, Custom 2011 Builds & Accessories

7.1 Custom Build Orders

Custom 2011 pistol builds are built-to-order. By placing a custom build order, you acknowledge:

• Custom builds require a deposit at the time of order confirmation
• Build timelines are estimates — current lead times are listed on the product page
• You will be contacted to confirm build specifications before production begins
• All 2011 orders are subject to a 30% cancellation fee if the customer cancels after placing the order — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Effective 3/2/2021: a 20% cancellation fee applies to non-2011 item cancellations before the listed lead time

7.2 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel an affected order.

7.3 Accessories

Non-firearm accessories (grips, sights, holsters, magazines, and similar items) may be subject to state-specific legal restrictions. Customers are responsible for verifying legality prior to ordering.

8. Warranties

8.1 LPWS 2011 Pistols — Lifetime Warranty

All LPWS 2011 pistols carry a Lifetime Warranty and the warranty can be transferred once. Legion Precision Weapon Systems is confident that every Legion Precision product is manufactured to the highest levels of quality, design, and workmanship.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back once LPWS approves via email that the item can be returned for warranty work
• Failure to complete a transfer (once we have shipped the weapon to your FFL) is solely the customer's responsibility
• If there is an issue with the weapon, complete the transfer and contact LPWS via email at legionprecision@gmail.com with the customer order number in the subject line and the issue in the body of the email
• If the firearm is found to have no issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Any modification(s) done by the customer will void the warranty

8.2 Non-2011 LPWS Products — 1 Year Limited Warranty

Legion Precision provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase for private purchasers of NON-2011 products.

• To be eligible, the original purchaser must present proof of purchase, prepaid shipping (where applicable), and a Return Verification Number obtained from Legion Precision Customer Service
• Modifications to LPWS products other than those expressly permitted by Legion Precision void this warranty
• Use of hand-loaded, reloaded, re-manufactured, or improper ammunition instantly voids this warranty
• If Legion Precision allows a return, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee

8.3 Non-LPWS Products — Manufacturer Warranty Only

All new guns and accessories (NON-LPWS items) are warranted by their respective manufacturers ONLY. All guns sold are BRAND NEW IN BOX (unless otherwise stated) and carry full manufacturer's warranties. We do not warranty non-LPWS guns ourselves.

9. Pricing

• Pricing is subject to change with or without notice
• If pricing changes, this does not constitute a refund to a buyer due to a sale or price reduction we initiated, regardless of when you purchased the item
• We are required to collect sales tax for Texas residents only. We are not required to collect sales tax for any other state

10. Payment

• We accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards — please use Authorize.net to complete your purchase
• On returned/bounced checks, you will be charged a $50.00 returned check fee
• We do not accept trades as partial payments
• All sales are final

11. Shipping & Delivery

• All purchases must ship to the billing address — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Firearms must ship to your FFL dealer — not to a residential address
• Accessories and non-firearm items may ship directly to your address where legally permissible
• In-stock items will typically ship within 5-7 business days from date of purchase
• Custom items are subject to current listed lead times
• Shipping timelines are estimates — LPWS is not responsible for carrier delays
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your designated FFL dealer
• We do not ship internationally
• As of 3/11/2016, we are registered with the California DOJ and can ship and receive items from California (subject to CA restrictions)

12. Return & Refund Policy

12.1 Firearms — Final Sale

Due to the nature of custom builds and federal law, ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL once transferred through an FFL dealer. We do not accept returns on firearms after the NICS background check has been completed and the transfer processed.

12.2 Return Eligibility

Returns must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Item is in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• Return is for a defective item, incorrect item, or an unwanted item approved at our discretion

12.3 Return Process

• Contact our customer support at legionprecision@gmail.com to initiate a return
• Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — do not ship without an RMA
• You are responsible for return shipping costs — we recommend a trackable shipping method
• Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to verify return eligibility

12.4 Refund / Replacement Process

• Once verified, we will process your replacement — a new item will be built or the item mailed in will be repaired
• Please allow 30-180 business days for replacement processing

12.5 Exceptions

• Firearms: no returns once shipped due to legal restrictions
• Custom orders: non-refundable
• Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return

13. Prohibited Uses

• Purchasing firearms or accessories on behalf of a prohibited person (straw purchasing — a federal felony)
• Providing false information during the order or background check process
• Any unlawful purpose in violation of federal, state, or local law
• Attempting to circumvent state firearm or magazine capacity restrictions

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGION PRECISION WEAPON SYSTEMS LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gonzales County, Texas.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
